EP 212: Letting Go of Mom Guilt with JoAnn Crohn of No Guilt Mom

How are you this week?

I am feeling quite satisfied. Long story short, my family has had a school issue resolved that has been going on since September. Not going to lie, I wanted to wear a t shirt that said I TOLD YOU SO, but I showed restraint and wore a leopard print dress with motorcycle boots instead.

Advocating for our needs and for those we love is such a big part of life. We may not get what we want every time, but I feel it is still worth the effort every time.

This week, in my Facebook group, I asked for people’s thoughts on Mom Guilt. It made me realize how much we have internalized systematic failures as personal failures. I am looking forward to looking deeper into this issue and bringing about solutions.

In this week’s podcast, I got a chance to interview Joann Crohn from No Guilt Mom.
